Order Confirmation Policy:
After you place your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Please review your order confirmation for any errors and inform us immediately of any errors found. All Star Sport Shop assumes that all orders are correct if we have not been contacted or notified.
Shipping Policy:
We usually ship in-stock orders the next business day. If you order an item that we need to special order for you, or if the item is currently on backorder, we will provide you with an estimate of the time it takes to get it for you via email.We typically ship using USPS Priority.
Shipping prices are determined upon checkout. Shipping amounts are
$5.95 for the first item and $1.75 per item for each additional item. Orders are either shipped from California or Indiana, depending on inventory availability.
Payment Policies:
Orders paid using a credit card-
Your credit card will not be charged until the order ships.
Orders paid using PayPal-
Per PayPal policy, PayPal will automatically charge your account when you confirm your order.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with the purchase you have made, you may email us at store@allstarsportshop.com, or you may call us at 317.258.1233.. Please email us before you return the package so that we know to expect your return shipment. Please include the order# along with what items are to be returned. All refunds and exchanges take approximately 1-2 weeks to be processed.
If you need to EXCHANGE your item(s) for different item(s), it is highly recommended that you place a NEW order online for any replacement item(s) and request a REFUND for the returning item(s) for a quicker exchange.
Please read the following instructions which will greatly help us in assisting you with your return:
1- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in a BOX - any returns shipped in bags will be denied.
2- Items must be in their ORIGINAL condition, including tags, and not worn. Hats that are broken in or have stains on the inside of the sweatband will not be accepted for returns. Shirts and Jerseys that have been washed or worn (more than just trying on) will not be accepted for returns.
3 - Make a copy of the original invoice for your records, place the original invoice back in the box with the returned item(s). If you would like an exchange for a different size/style, please request a refund for all returning item(s). Then, place a NEW order online at your earliest convenience for any replacement item(s). This is the fastest and easiest way to handle exchanges. All refunds and exchanges take approximately 1-2 weeks to be processed.

If the order was shipped correctly, we will refund the amount of the merchandise, minus the original shipping charges, unless the shipment was an error of All Star Sport Shop, in which case we will gladly refund the entire order and your shipping expense to return the shipment to us.
If for any reason you need to return items that have been special ordered, they are subject to a re-stocking fee of 25 percent.
All items sold on CLOSEOUT are non-returnable and are first come, first served.
